Mixed Fruit Juice/ Fresh Fruit Juice Recipe

Fruits are source of many essential nutrients. Most fruits are naturally low in fat, sodium, and calories. Eating plenty of fruits might help reduce the risk of many diseases. Some people don’t like to eat/smell certain fruits. In that case this kind of mixed fruit juice help people to intake fruit consumption easily, especially for kids and pregnant ladies. Those who don’t like all the fruits may choose to drink mixed fruit juice. They can choose more portions from the fruits they like and add lesser of the dislike. It will highlight the strong desirable taste and mask the other. All fruits have their own nutrient value so try to include variety of fruits in your daily menu. For this recipe, I added pineapple, apple, orange, strawberry and grape. Eat Healthy! Live Healthy!

Ingrdients For Fresh Fruit Juice

  • Pineapple Cubes
  • 2 cups
  • Diced Apple
  • 1 Cup
  • Diced Orange
  • 1 Cup
  • Seedless Grapes
  • 1 Cup
  • Diced Strawberry
  • 1 Cup
  • Sugar
  • As per your taste
  • Water
  • As per your need


1. Choose your desirable fresh fruits.

2. Clean and Cut small pieces.

3. Blend together with required sugar and water. Strain if necessary for the smooth form.

Serve immediately or chilled! Enjoy!
