Chicken Noodles Indo-Chinese Style/ Homemade Chicken Noodle Recipe

Chicken Noodles is a tasty and easy Indo Chinese style (Chinese Indian Fusion) preparation. It is a quick and wholesome meal for your hunger so that it is a perfect recipe for your kids lunch box as well as their evening snack.  Also its an easy recipe for bachelors beginner cooks.

Ingredients To Chicken Noodles

  •  Noodles
  • 5 packets
  • Chicken Flovour
  • 1 Sache (From Noodles Pkt)
  • Boneless Chicken
  • 150 Gram
  • Any Veg Oil
  • 2 Tablespoon
  • Chopped Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • Big onion
  • 1 (medium) Sliced
  • Carrot
  • 1(medium) Chopped
  • French Beans
  • 10 Numbers (Chopped)
  • Cabbage
  •  50 Gram (Chopped)
  • Pepper Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon (For Chicken)
  • Chilly Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • Soya Sauce(light)
  • 2 Tablespoon (Adjust)
  • Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon
  • Water
  • To Cook Noodles & Chicken
  • Salt
  • Refer Notes
  • Coriander Leaf
  • For Garnishing


1. Place chicken (I used chicken breast part) in a Frying Pan. Add little water, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and salt.

2. Close and cook next 5 to 10 minutes.

3. Uncover and cook again until chicken done and  water is dry completely.

4. When cool, shred it and keep aside.

5.  For Noodle preparation, I used Chicken flavoured Maggi noodles.

6.  In a wide pan, boil 8 cups water with 1 teaspoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt. (It prevents noodles from  sticking each other)

7.  Cook noodles in the boiling water 2 minutes. Do not overcook noodles.

8. Strain and drain it immediately in running cold water, keep aside.

9. Chop Vegetables small and equal size. (You can choose/add  your desirable vegetable)

10. Arrange all ingredients, place near to stove.

11. Heat oil in a wide non stick pan. Fry ginger garlic until golden brown.

12. Add onion, stir few minutes.

13. Add vegetables, cook/stir in a high flame until its raw smell disappear. Do not overcook vegetables, crunchy texture is good for this preparation.

14. Add Sauces and spices, including chicken flavour powder from the noodle packet. Mix/stir together.

15. Add cooked chicken, fry/mix well in high flame.

16. Mix/Stir noodles (keep flame high) until all sauces and spices well mixed with all the noodles and chicken pieces. Taste noodles, add/mix extra soya sauce if salt is required.
