Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce Recipe/ Italian Pasta with Meat Sauce

Spaghetti or Spagetti is a long, thin, solid, cylindrical pasta. Bolognese sauce is a meat (beef) based thick sauce with tomatoes and seasonal vegetables like capsicum, carrots, celery, mushrooms etc. Spaghetti with bolognese sauce is an Italian wholesome meal taken as a starter or main course. Normally the bolognese sauce is a mild spicy gravy with italian spices, herbs and some ground pepper. As a Indian/ keralite or spicy lover I did some changes in the making of the sauce 🙂 I added some extra pepper and chilly powder for this recipe. In my home I have been trying this recipe for many years and my family and friends admire or crave for this recipe always. The minced beef and tomato puree are the base or main ingredient of this gravy. According to the original recipe, Italian’s use more fresh tomatoes for the thick tomato puree and the preparation (slow cook) take 3 to 4 hour. Here I am sharing with you an easier way with my own recipe. For that recipe, I used 1/2 portion of original ingredients as well as 1/2 portion of instant bolognese sauce I bought from supermarket. Trust me! it is very delicious and rich pasta sauce and much much better than normal restaurant style bolognese sauce! Yeah 🙂 I am very sure about that because such comment or appreciation was frequently I received from many who have tasted the sauce. Try and enjoy this recipe. I am giving you here the yummy recipe with full step by step method pictures including the products I have used (It’s not for any brand/product promotion).
